Do you feel constantly stressed, do you feel pain and you don't find solutions or medical reasons?

The origin of your discomfort may be linked to one or more shocking events from the past, sometimes forgotten, which have caused a trauma in you. These events can be falls, accidents, surgeries, natural disasters, violence, etc. ..... These events can be accidental or the result of environmental deficiencies. They may be recent or ancient.

It is possible that the balance of your nervous system is disturbed, which may lead to

permanent stress or hypervigilance
chronic pain that cannot be relieved by visits to the doctor
a feeling of being limited in your life, the tendency to avoid certain situations, the impression that you cannot be yourself
physical or emotional discomfort

The good news is that it is possible to restore flexibility and balance to your nervous system. You will regain your vitality, more mobility and will be able to be in contact with your self-healing resources (it is by leaving a permanent state of stress that the body can finally recover and heal)

Through her presence and training (yoga therapy and somatic experiencing), Paulette Matkovic proposes sessions to

unblock your energy
regain your flexibility and range of motion
experience the comfort of well-being, to be able to enjoy pleasant moments at last
give your body every chance to heal.

Somatic experiencing

Somatic Experiencing® is approach for the treatment and resolution of shocks and traumas developed by Peter A. Levine, PhD, an American psychologist and biologist.

It is a psycho-physiological approach, based on neurobiology, animal observation and that has been confirmed by the polyvagal theory of Stephen Porges . It is body-oriented, to heal trauma and other stress-related disorders. It is a way to restore the authentic self through self-regulation, relaxation, wholeness and liveliness.

Yogatherapy

Practicing yogatherapy will allow you to practice regular yoga sessions at home that are completely adapted to you. The practice of yoga allows you to self-regulate in your daily life, to balance your nervous system, to promote mobilisation and to circulate energy.
