Are you a yoga teacher and want to continue your training?
There is a growing body of scientific research that proves the benefits of yoga practice on health and well-being. If you teach yoga, knowing more about it can help you answer your students' questions and motivate them to practice.
What are the benefits of nasal, abdominal breathing? What is the influence of the volume of our breath on our body? The answers to these questions, based on scientific research, could help you sort through the plethora of information available on the net and from there deepen your practice and teaching.
And when you can make the link with what has been written in the classical texts of yoga (Hatha Yoga Pradipikâ, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali,...), the magic is recreated and you will have even more arguments to explain to your students how yoga is a complete practice based on centuries of experience.
