Bio
Paulette Matkovic completed a 4-year yoga teacher training (540 hours) in Viniyoga, as well as a yoga therapy training with Dr N. Chandrasekaran (student of Desikachar, The Viniyoga Healing and Research Center) (550 hours + 120 hours of practice in Chennai, India).
She is also trained in trauma management (Somatic Experiencing and NARM). She works individually with people experiencing chronic stress and post-traumatic stress, and delivers corporate training and keynote talks.
