Stress, Regulation and Prevention of Psychosocial Risks
I work with companies, institutions and organizations facing issues related to work-related stress, psychosocial risks, overload, burnout and relational tensions.
My approach is psycho-social and body-based. It integrates a sociological understanding of work contexts, a nuanced reading of organizational dynamics, and experiential work centered on the body and the nervous system.
When stress becomes chronic, it can mask feelings of injustice, loss of meaning or powerlessness.
Through structured, context-sensitive interventions, I offer work that supports participants in:
identifying the bodily and emotional signs of stress,
understanding mechanisms of regulation and dysregulation,
understanding the role of prevention,
distinguishing what belongs to the individual, the collective and the organization,
restoring capacities for regulation and shared responsibility.
Types of interventions
awareness-raising talks and conferences
training programs (stress management, burnout prevention, psychosocial risk prevention)
experiential workshops
group and team support
spaces for regulation and collective reflection
These interventions aim to support the prevention of psychosocial risks, improve the work climate, and strengthen both individual and collective resources.
My work is informed in particular by trauma-oriented approaches (Somatic Experiencing®, NARM™), adapted to professional and institutional settings
